Our Commercial Cleaning Staff – Safe Solutions

We recognise that a company’s biggest asset is their staff. We value our team of cleaners, labourers, builders and designers. We value their loyalty and we want them to stay safe. At L&P Commercial we place a lot of emphasis on the personal safety of all our staff while on the job. All staff are supplied with personal protective equipment (PPE). Our builders and commercial cleaning staff all wear high-viz uniforms and, where appropriate, wear steel-cap footwear.

They are all supplied with hard hats, goggles, ear muffs and masks. Our staff are trained in health and safety policies and hold current first aid certificates. They are site safe trained, are familiar with site inductions and we regularly have all equipment leads tested and colour tagged. Safety for our team is paramount and we happily maintain OSH compliance for the sake of our staff. You can be assured that when we walk onto your commercial building site, our staff are safe and safety compliant.

Our cleaners are trustworthy, time efficient and practical. At L&P Commercial we understand people are busy and dealing with unexpected problems can be a struggle. We won’t give you problems; we will give you solutions on how any unexpected issues can be remedied.

If we come across anything out of the ordinary in our cleaning, whether it be damages, paint, glue, silicone removal from windows and or stain removal from carpet, we will get in touch our point of contact in your company, send photos of the issue, and, wherever possible, fix it!
